计量辊、转移钢辊、输胶温度及用胶量共同决定了胶水的温度。此温度控制极为重要，它影响凃布的均匀性及胶水的流平性，影响到产品的复合品质。
计量辊和转移辊须选用传热性能好且热膨胀系数较小的材质，并且采用特殊流道，充分保证两段温差。同时重视对模温机控温的重要性，万举模温机必须具备加温快，过热保护功能强且具有压力异常保护功能。
